Founded in Las Vegas, Nevada, Strength and Flight was born from a deep commitment to empower and uplift underserved communities around the world. What began as a local initiative has evolved into a global movement focused on providing resources, education, and opportunities to individuals who face systemic barriers. Our name reflects our mission—building strength through community support and creating the wings needed for people to rise above their circumstances.

We believe that everyone deserves a chance to thrive, regardless of their background or geographic location. From mentorship programs and skill-building workshops to access to basic needs and advocacy efforts, our work is guided by compassion, equity, and action. With a growing network of partners, volunteers, and supporters, Strength and Flight continues to expand its reach—transforming lives and strengthening communities, one step at a time.

 Supreme Elevation Medical Center, in partnership with Strength and Flight, is dedicated to expanding global access to essential healthcare by providing free and accessible health screenings and delivering life-changing medical knowledge. Through collaboration, innovation, and community engagement, we aim to bridge healthcare gaps and empower underserved populations to lead healthier lives.” 

In 2025, more than 700 million people globally still live in extreme poverty, with limited access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunity. Over 260 million children remain out of school, and nearly half the world’s population lacks access to essential health services. These challenges disproportionately affect marginalized and underserved communities, perpetuating cycles of inequity and vulnerability.

At Strength and Flight, we believe that a hybrid approach—blending on-the-ground outreach with digital innovation—is the key to transformative, scalable change. Our future initiatives will include the expansion of virtual learning platforms, mobile wellness units, and global mentorship networks. These programs will allow us to reach remote communities while remaining responsive to local needs through regional partnerships. By combining technology with human connection, we aim to bridge critical gaps in education, health, and empowerment—ensuring that no community is left behind, no matter where they are in the world.
