Strength and Flight is a nonprofit dedicated to lifting underserved communities through:
- Free health and vision screenings
- Empowering wellness workshops
- Virtual classes for school and work readiness
- School supplies and educational support for students from grade school to adulthood
- We honor the service of our veterans and the resilience of their families by providing accessible, community-centered support services that promote health, empowerment, and dignity.

About Strength And Flight
How You Can Help
$25 – Provides a health kit for a free screening
$50 – Supports materials for a youth wellness workshop
$100 – Covers virtual class resources for job or school readiness
$250 – Supplies 10 students with backpacks and essential tools
